I would recommend the Carrier Infinity 96 Gas Furnace. It is a little pricey but the variable speed blower is a real nice option. It definitely is a top of the line unit.

Add: I do not recommend Goodman as noted above. They are just not all that well made.
You will get a lot of differing opinions on this. Carrier is one of the better quality units but also on the pricey side. They also have a lot of bells and whistles and if a circuit board does fail down the road it's an expensive fix.
Goodman/Janitrol are my down-and-dirty favorite. They are simple and inexpensive. If you just want a basic unit that will last a long time without a lot of fancy features, this would be my recommendation. I've put in several of these lately for friends and haven't received a complaint yet.
