Buss fuses: single element vs. dual element?

Question:fustat vs. tron.

i'm wondering about the differences. both are tamper proof, time delay, and it seems i could use either one. if one has advantages over the other, i'd like to use it, but i want to have the facts.

does it matter which type i use? both are rated 15 amp and appear to have identical threading.
