HDT18PA Heier dishwasher won't drain.?
Question:The drain hose seems to be connected right and pointed down, the machine is level and it says you can disconnect the hose and reattach it but it doesn't have instructions on how to do that. I'm not sure what else to do really. It' sunday and customer service is closed. I'd really like to put the effort forth to get this working instead of pay $60 more for shipping this thing. Please feel free to IM or email me with helps.

This isn't a easy fix it sounds like the drain valve is not operating properly. You would need someone with knowledge of appliance repair to troubleshoot this problem.

Is it connected to a garbage disposal? If it is, make sure that there is nothing clogging the garbage disposal.
Is it still under the 1st yr? If it is, get a hold of customer service and there will be no charge. The # to the manufacture is going to be on are around the sticker on the dishwasher that had toe model and serial numbers on it. If you need more help please IM me.
