The refrigerator is too cold and is freezing everything?
Question:Had only one year it starts to freeze up in the refrigerated part had a technician come out says it is caused by our water cooler so now I can't put anything in it , will freeze up anyone here of this.

Get another tech to have a look. Water cooler may do that but it shouldn't so there is something wrong. Telling you the problem and not fixing it is well...lazy ***. Turn the settings way down untill you have someone in to fix it. A year...check your waranty, it may be covered.
Look for a dial, and turn down the coldness!

you have the temp set too low...turn the dial to about 5 should do the trick
Locate the dial and turn it to a lower temperature.
You got some good answers, but none had a pretty blue hat like I have. http://appliancequickfix.com/ will tell you to adjust the temperature and if it wont - replace the cold control because its not working.
