Where Can I Find a 20x36x1 A/C Filter??
Question:I have been to Lowe's, Home Depot, and Wal-Mart. I cannot find these filters. The house I'm renting has this size and I can't find them anywhere. Only place I have found one is at

and I really don't want to pay for 12 at once.

best bet is to go to a local air conditioning place...that installs heat pumps. they may have them on hand where you can buy or they can order cheaper for you.
what about your landlord?
Look in your areas yellow pages for an air conditioning supply company. They will either have them in stock or can order them for you if they don't.
You may even want to look into a permanent filter. They cost a little more but are worth it because they trap alot of the particles that the cheap ones don't.
Call a local HVAC company. They will either have them instock or can order them for you.
