How and where do you recycle old light bulbs?
Question:I recently replaced my light bulbs with energy efficent ones and I am not sure what to do with the old light bulbs...can they be recycled? I don't want to just throw them away.

Depends on your local recycling center. Mine accepts light bulbs.
give them to a school or Church or shelter
There really isn't much to recycle in the ordinary light bulb, even the combination of glass and metal doesn't amount to beans. I like to recycle, but bulbs I just chuck in the garbage.
