Front load washers are fine when they are working ok, but they all have electronic panels and are expensive and problematic.If you are going to buy one, I suggest a kenmore
top loader. They all have a few problems, but....

After having a bottom loader door open and flood the laundry room I would never have anthing but a top loader.
Besides which; I always seem to need to add "just one or two more thing" and with a top loader you can do this with no problem.
