Question:out door umbrella is not waterproofed what can I use to coat it?

I would find an camping store and look for a spray that is used on tents for waterproofing. Spray your umbrella with it, that should do the job for you. You can find the spray in some other stores. (ones that have a sports department that sells camping equipment)

There is a spray that is most commonly used on work boots you can find it at any shoe store. It will also work on jackets.
