Re-bar looks like it has threads on it like a screw. They use it to reinforce concrete.
rebar - it has ridges that look like threads but are actually to help concrete stick to it.
allthread - a true threaded bar.

If there are threads the entire length then it is "all thread" as the first answer indicated. If it has a smooth shank with threads on only part of it, then it is a lag bolt. Re.bar does not have threads, it does have thread like ridges but they are there to help the concrete adhere.
