My condensor fan dont go on whene a/c on advice fan motor ok .?

Check fan relay or the capacitor is bad
most of the time the fan clicks on tho one common relay but the capacitor is a combo fan/compresser. start-run type
Is the fan motor capacitor ok? Also check the fan relay.
if everything else works evap. fan runs, compressor runs then your cond. fan is bad replace it.
Is the condenser fan off permanently? If so there is a problem, call an A/C technician.
If the fan starts after a while, some units will not allow the condenser fan to start until the pressures have reached a point where the system is ready to reject heat. If so, there is nothing to worry about.
