Air conditioner probs?

Question:Hi ,
My A/c is bringing in cold air but is not cold enough. the thermastat says it should be 70 and it is 78. How can i fix this whitout pursing a tech person.

try cleaning the units (WITH THE POWER SHUT OFF PLEASE)there are some good websites out there that might be able too help My guess would be freon levels are low.
