Possible broken A/C in townhouse. What would you do in this situation??
Question:It is 80 degrees in here. I have the thermostat set on 65-70. I live in a townhome complex and I can either call now(afterhours) on the maintenance emergency, or I could wait it out and let them know tomorrow and they probably won't be able to get to it until Monday. Is this considered a "maintenance emergency"?? Or should this be waited out. It's really uncomfortable here.

I would qualify it as a maintinence emergency if you have allergies or children or pets or. well doggone it it's just hot!
There is not much that a homeowner can doo too troubleshhot an A/C sytem unfotunatly you might be able too get some tips from HVAC webstes. Goodluck!
