How to I replace the clutch on my Cuisinart SPB-7?

Question:How do I replace the clutch drive on my Cuisinart blender Model # SPB-7 series
I have the new clutch part but I can't remove the old one.
It looks like I just have to unscrew the old one out but the drive spindle keeps rotating as well. Anyone else with this type of blender who has the same problem. Or anyone in and around Martinez, CA know of a good repair shop that can do it for me?

Try to unscrew the old one in clockwise direction , if it is left hand thread
