Can someone tell me how to make a lock 4 my door?

Question:I need to make the toughest simple lock for my bedroom

Buy a hinge lock that you use a padlock with. When you bolt it to the door make sure and put a piece of steel on the other side of the door for the bolts to come through. Buy a commercial grade Masterlock padlock. They are made of Case Hardened steel and are much tougher than the el cheapo ones.
