Will the cable company move an outlet that's on the wrong wall?

Question:The cable outlet in two of the rooms of our apartment were installed on walls that cannot fit a TV stand and/or entertainment center. I have the supplies to run the cable along the baseboards to the other wall, but I was wondering if I could skip that headache. When the cable company comes out to hook up our service. Can they install another outlet too?

Answers:
They may but yes they also may charge you as well. BUT if it is in an apartment you might have to go through the apartment complex to get permission from them to run new lines and cut new holes. just call your cable company up first then call the complex if the cable company needs to have a letter from them to say if its ok.

they can and will..for some $$$
they may do it but you might have to pay for it,depends on cable company give them a call.
They most certainly will, you'll just have to pay em.
A cable company is normally responsible for the cable until it reaches the home, but not inside of the home. Once inside it is yur responsinility. They may fix it, but will definatly charge you.
many cable companies will not do that work and if they do you will pay dearly for it.
they will not do it
