Fencing is leaning due to continued rain and wind. Will insurance company replace it?

Question:The fence is 6' wood. It's obviously leaning due to soggy ground and high winds over a period of about 3 months. The fence has not yet fallen and may not fall in the near future. My concern is that it is now very weak.

Answers:
You have to wait until you have a big storm to blame it on. Then It has to be blown down all the way.

True is has to be caused by a storm and wind damage, Then the insurance company will only pay a part. If it is a good neighbor fence, they will only pay for your half. I know it happened to me.
no
how old is the fence, its up to you to maintain it,you probably can"t cash in on your fence read your insurance policy,to see if you have flood insurance.
Who put the fence up? If done by contracter, he is liable to repair. If you/friend put up, I doubt that your homeowners ins. is going to pay. You need to reinforse posts by using some concrete at the post sites. I would have someone with some experience do the repaires, then you can make them stand behind their work.
