Bedroom gets unusually hot?

Question:i have the fan on, the door open, the windows open. i am upstairs at one end of the hallway. my room always gets hot for no apparent reason. i need some cold air man! help plz.

Answers:
exhaust the ceiling air with an exhaust fan as high as possible - is the cheapest solution (hot air rises).

check to see that there is continuous air flow through the hallway - circulation assist to keep the discomfort down.

remove or lower the humidity - is it humid or hot?
