Answers:
Murphy's Oil Soap. We use it all the time on our wood floors and the shine lasts for quite some time after.
they have this orange oil its pretty good cant remember the name but if you go where they sell the cleaners at walmart its and orange colored oil and it has an orange on the bottle
I'm not sure of the condition of your floors or the type of wood but if they're in reasonably good condition, I would scrub them real well with clear hot water (NO detergent) and towel dry them. Then I would rent/borrow a floor polisher with a fine steal wool pad and buff them (most rental places have such equipment). CAUTION: If you've never use one before, be very careful that you do not damage surrounding walls/finishes by banging into them! After buffing, scrub them again with clear hot water to remove any steel wool dust then (depending upon their condition) apply a wood floor polish. If this doesn't work, they may require a complete application of clear floor finish such as a Minwax product. Good luck.
