Yes you can and airless sprayers do a wonderful job..HOWEVER..be very careful! I have known people to use these on a VERY SLIGHTLY breezy day and overspray can be trouble. Unless you want to be in court or be paying for a new paint job for your neighbor's expensive sports car make sure you are far enough away from things that can be affected. Better to be safe. One time I had a couple kids holding up a large tarp on poles around me as a "tent" because the neighbors were very close to my house. Out in the country?....paint away.
