Toilet wont stop overflowing!=[?

Question:so i took a shiz then flushed..didn't go down.. flushed again & it went down..it seemed like everything went down but i flushed again to make sure & it keeps over flowing! the shits gone but it still overflows! ughh how do i fix it?

Use a plunger. Then use less paper .

the flapper is not seating right and there could be a few reasons why.Best bet turn the water off under the tank,flush to get rid of water,take out the old and go to Home Depot!

try a plunger remember you plunge up & down a few times then pull up hard if that dont work try a toilet auger
