Can you use a henry hoover for liquid ? (without damaging it)?

I've never heard of a Henry Hoover before, but if it is a shop vac (wet/dry vac) you will want to follow the directions in your owners manual for switching it over to wet pick up. You may have to remove a pleated filter or something. If it is not rated for wet pickup, don't mess up a good machine. You will probably destroy it and at the same time exhaust the liquid back out on the floor in a far nastier state than it went into the machine. Besides you can pick up a wet/dry vac for about $25.00 at a hardware store.

If it doesn't specify Wet/Dry, don't use it on liquids. The unit may not be the only thing that gets damaged.
