My apartment building is popping windows?

Question:Right now I moved into a high rise residential block in downtown rio and this is the third time in two months that I am changing the windows in my living room, there are cracks on the walls, what should I do? The place is very cheap.

Answers:
ok question #1 is it a new building ? if it is the it,s most likely
setteling down and every thing is shall we say falling into place (no pun intended) .
question #2 is the building you live in a old building let,s say
40 years of older ? then i would say that building should be inspected by the city just incase it,s starting to colaspe the
way the build buildings there are built the regulation(codes) that we have here in the u.s. might be a lot stringent then the
building codes down there.

Move into an expensive apartment.
Get out of there before it falls down. Not joking.
Sounds like the building has a cracked foundation. That might have a lot to do with why the rent is cheap. It is quite possible that the building could fall down. Yeah, I'd get out and find somewhere safe to live.
