Info about Rinnai Continuous water heaters?Users and installers?

Question:How would you rate the Rinnai continuous water heater and my biggest concern is loss of water pressure is this previlant in the rinnai or other manufacturers? I know when these first came out it was a problem.

Answers:
I have installed MANY rannai units in new and remodel houses. Everyone I have installed them for loves them. They are a bit pricey at first, but you will make the money back in your energy bill over time. As far as the pressure problem, Usually the units are commonly sized for a 3/4" feed and discharge. Thats a lot of water! The rannai has the same flow rates as a traditional tank heater. The problem you describe is usually caused by undersized piping in the exsisting house, or not enough volume or pressure form the street/ well pump. Ive installed these in houses from 1000 sq ft to 15000 sq ft. none have ever had a problem with flow.
