Badger water meter?

Question:my meter makes continous noise when the water taps are off. The noise stops when the tap is on and water is running, any one has any idea what is wrong with it ??

Answers:
Look at the face of the meter. You should see a small red triangle. If it is moving, you have water running somewhere. Water meters are mostly mechanical (gears and such) and will not make noise when water is not passing thriugh them.
