What is the easiest way to strip and clean cedar deck boards ...?
Question:if you don't have access to enough water pressure to pressure wash? (We are on a low-pressure well).

if it's rough sawn cedar,ain't gonna happen anyhow,your best bet is to rent a floor sander,the rental people can ask you a few quick questions and give you the right sanding belts,it doesn't take all too long
ooh very tough. Without access to the pressure washer the easiest way you're going to get this done is to rent a sand blaster. Otherwise, it's stripper applied with a brush, then let dry, and then scraped. Very time consuming and hard on the back. And gallons of that stripper add up fast. Save time and money and sweat by going all in for that sand blaster. It will be worth it.
use an electric sander
Go to the local hardware store and pick up some stripper that does the job. Ask them what type to get for the job you want done.
