You will need to call your local HVAC contractor. They usually have a long brush tool to clean up your duct without having to remove it.
best to have a duct cleaning company clean it all out really well...to prevent any mold spores from getting into your living space it would be a good idea to consider some type of indoor air quality upgrade to your system...get a good quality electronic air cleaner or good quality media filter (or even a whole house hepa add on unit) and combine that with some type of uv light (i am most familiar with the honeywell uv lights and recommend the dual bulb unit or the coil erradication model if you have an a/c unit)
