How much to replace a roof on a 2292 sq ft home but on 3 stories?
Question:I have some rotten wood on the edges of the roof and instead of just having that fixed I want new shingles so it all matches. My house is 3 stories but only 2292 sq ft. It is not a very pitched roof.

You need to get the number of "squares" (100 square feet) of the roof. You actually have to measure the roof, the SF of the house will be different. There is also a surcharge for a 3 story house. The cost will also depend on where you live. In one place it might cost around $100/square and in another as much as $300/square.
