I am having a problem with water pressure?

Question:We share a well with 2 other houses, our house had low water pressure for several months, everyone else was fine. Our neighbor started to have high pressure (psi over100). They replaced all indoor plumbing from the pipe that comes from the well to pressure tank, gages, etc. They also installed a pressure regulator that shuts off if pressure goes over 60psi. Now, us and the other neighbor have pressure over 100. We then replaced all the same plumbing as 1st neighbor, without the pressure regulator switch. We still have pressure over 100. What could be the problem?

Answers:
Regulator is bad, it reduces prior to your fixtures so they would not be the cause. New is not always 100%.

I would get together with the rest of the genius plumbers and hire a real plumber and have it fixed the right way my friend. A house sharing water on a three way, that's unusual.
The problem seems to be at the well to me. Have never heard of a well with 100 psi pressure. Most wells cut in at about 40 psi and out at 60 psi. Would try resetting the well press. switch or replacing .
