Leaking Hoover Steam Vac Model No. F5906-900?

Question:I just bought my steam cleaner 6/29/07 at Wal-mart. I tried it out today and the clean water tank leaked everywhere from the bottom of the machine. I didn't even have it turned on yet or pushing the trigger handle. I had to keep flling it again and again with just (warm) not hot water and hoover cleaning solution just to get a small area of carpet clean. Why is it leaking? Is it suppose to? Is it broke? should I just take it back to Wal-mart? Please help!

Answers:
the trigger assembly has popped apart and is allowing the button under the tank to push the valve that allows the water to come out to stay in the on position...you would have to take your handle apart and put all of this back together...since it is new i would just take it back and have them exchange it for another one.Mine done the same thing but it was three years old...I took it apart and fixed the trigger assembly.
