I hate COMCAST!!?

Question:I had all my cable wires installed INSIDE MY WALLS and this freegin' moronic tech cut them and drilled them to the outside of my house and strung them like silly string all over the outside with buttugly splitters and wires everywhere!!
Can I sue them for undoing my internal wiring??

Answers:
Gee.Perhaps before you begin litigation, you could call a supervisor over to have a look. Calmly explain your issue regarding the installation. Politely ask for a solution.
OR YOU COULD SCREAM YOUR HEAD OFF, PAY AN ATTORNEY TO YELL WITH YOU, AND GET THE SAME RESULTS!!!!!
Where were you when this was happening, and why didn't you stop him?

I hate COMCAST, also. Were you home at the time of the installation? Did you leave the tech alone after you told them the output (rooms) locations. Can not sue but if you inform them in the install order to use existing internal wiring, you may be able to have them come back and correct it, if the damage is not too great.
comcast is awful. my mom was paying her cable bill one time and a guy was pissed bc he got a cable box and the lady told him he had to have an HDTV bc all the channels were HD, so he went out and bought an HDTV to find out only a handful of channels were HD and digital cable, which is what he got wasnt HD
