Refridgerator repair?
Question:- I am having a graduation party in 2 days. My freezer is working, but the refridgerator is not - I have a Kenmore side by side. I have already had compressor replaced last year. It just stopped working today. Does anyone have a quick suggestion as to why this might be happening? Also, the freezer is frozen, but not as good as previously

Sounds like the defrost element may have burned out...or the freon may be low or a possible fan issue.
Take the front cover away from the bottom...check for dust and "fur" underneath. If it is bad under there... shopvac it out...let it run a bit and check on it. <-- leading cause to compressor failure.
You could try the repair yourself..but side by sides are not easy to work on.
Very likely it is the fan but could be something else too. Need a pro fast.
