Question:will it fix itself? does it matter?or how to adjust ?
pH = 1step low,
Alkalinity = 3steps low
Chlorine in "OK" zone (highest end)

You could buy Spa or Pool Up, but you'll get charged an arm and a leg for what is basically baking soda. Buy a box of generic baking soda and add a 1/4 cup. Mix the water and test. If still low, add more. The baking soda also does a good job of cleaning the edge of the pool with a washcloth.
