Someone put oil-based paint on a driveway that had water-based paint or epoxy...whats the easiest way to fix?

Question:

Answers:
Get a very high pressure sprayer, at least 2,500 psi, and blast the old off. Don't put anything back on, concrete is a maintenance free surface, why would you paint it?

If you want to remove the paint, I would rent a power washer. That should take it off. Good luck.
