Ballast replacement: should the diagram be exactly the same as the old ballast?

Question:Everything in the old and new ballasts (for 2 40w fluorescent lights) lines up except the diagram for the new one shows the 2 blue wires above the 2 red ones. On the old one, the red ones are above the blue ones. Is that okay?

Answers:
Yeah, it will work. Just make sure the power is off.

You'll be fine, follow the diagram on the new ballast.
Just match the blue and red on the tombstones where the bulb twists in and should be ok

red to red
blue to blue
