Mold underneth the house?

Question:I have an inspector coming out Wednesday. I was curious if any body has experience this problem. We just purchased this house and we were doing some improvements. And while our plumber was underneath the house he notice that the kitchen sink was not attached to a pipe, the water was going straight down to the ground. I called my aunt who I bought the house from and she said last time she had someone work on it was 4 years ago.
The mold is black and all over the place, some of it is yellow and green and some parts has stuff growing on it. It's on the floor boards, the beam; everywhere.
I what is the best case and the worst case.

Answers:
you need lots of ventilation.

you need to clean off with wire brush then spray with 50/50 mix bleach & water make sure you wear a good mask

BLEACH KILL'S EVERY THING
Ask the inspector for a good contractor. This has to be dealt with asap. The mold will not go away unless it is treated by a pro. and it will make everyone in the house ill. The inspector may not allow anyone to live there if it is really bad. Don`t know where you live , but my brother found it cheaper to tear it down and rebuild than to get rid of the mold.
