Who gives the thumbs up and down?

Question:I can't figure out how to give a thumbs up or down on questions, even on questions I've asked.

Answers:
once you get to "level 2" you will be able to do that. so to answer your question, anyone with level 2 or higher status here.

At the bottom of each answer given is a Thumbs up and Thumbs down sign. You click on either one depending on if you think the answer is good or bad.

Only lvl twos and above can give thumbs up and down. next to the answer people see a thumb thats up and one thats down. just click on thumbs up if you think the question is good and thumbs down if you think its bad.

you have to get to level 2 first

Anyone Level 2 or above can rate the answers.But, you cannot rate your own answers.

I works differently for questions- if you like the question, you star it.

You have to be at least a Level 2 to have the thumbing option.
