Who would repair a " in home" Fan??

Question:Hello~
Good Evening to you all!! :o)
I was wondering if any of you would know who would repair a " in home" fan? That is a fan that you turn on in the house and it sucks all the hot air out to the house. Who would repair that kind of thing?
Also who would fix tile in a bathroom???

The fan that sucks the hot air out would be repaired by a heating and cooling company. As far as the tile in the bathroom I would look for an ad for a handy man in the paper! Good Luck
