How do you remove a Magnetic store tag?
Question:My gf bought some panties from Vict. secret and they did not remove the magnetic tag "thingy". I dont think there is any ink in the device just a "super strong" plastic coating.
If I cant find a solution soon it will be time to break out the power tools and have y way with it:) Of course the gf wants to find the magic answer so I am asking your advice.

Why don't you just take them back, and have them remove them. You don't know for sure that there isn't any ink in them, but don't risk it, because if you try to take them off, ink might come out all over them.and then they'll be ruined.
Take them back to the store and show them the receipt. They'll remove the tag for you.
Yeah, like the others said, if they are bought and paid for, take 'em back with the receipt. That's what they're there for, to keep honest people honest.. but it should have some kind of magnetic lock inside it. ;)
Common sense should come into play here somewhere. the ones that have answered this question already are right, unless they are stolen of course.hope not.
