There is a little screen in the aerator on the faucet. Unscrew the end of the faucet, and clean out the screen. You probably have lots of rust, calcium, etc. in there. Clean the screen, reassemble, and I am sure it will be ok.

The valve could be plugged. I have had the same problem when the screw on the washer had rusted away. Take the faucet apart and take a look inside. good luck.
Check under the sink in the cabinet for a shut-off valve for the water source leading to the kitchen sink. Anything could have banged it half shut. Also, unscrew the end of the faucet and clean it out.
If you are not getting pressure from neither the hot or cold then first thing you want to do is check the aerator on the end of the spout. Usually these are easy to unscrew but you may have to use a pair of pliers. Once off, it comes apart in 3 or 4 little pieces. Make sure that you pay attention to the way it comes apart. Also, turn on the faucet with the aerator off. If you get good pressure then VOILA!! The aerator was the problem. clean the debris from it and screw it back on. If you still arent getting pressure then it may be the faucet itself or the shutoff valves under the sink but more than likely it is the aerator. good luck
