Does anyone know what universal garage door remote will work for a Genie Pro Screw Drive opener?

Question:The last universal remote I tried worked with some Genie Garage Door Openers and not others. I am concerned that the opener itself is just outdated.

Answers:
The newer Genie units have what's called "Intellicode" and the universal type openers will not work with them. Check to make sure that whatever remote you are considering will work with the "Intellicode" feature, or better yet, go to Sears and get a new Genie remote which will work with your system.
