How do you tighten the blade on a Delta Shopmaster chop saw?

Question:The ONLY saw available to me for a certain project, has a loose blade and I can't seem to figure out how to tighten it.
If you can find a good troubleshooting guide, that helps too. Thanks!

the bolt that holds a sawblade tightens COUNTER CLOCKWISE as opposed to other kinds of bolts that tighten " clockwise" but it sounds like the washer that keeps the blade centered is missing.
