Question:Mcculloch chainsaw M# CS38 EM the oiler was supposedly replaced,but now no oil is getting to chain or bar. Is there an adjustment? Where is it located? Other suggestions

Are the holes in the bar plugged? Also, one would assume that the tech who replaced the oiler would have checked the tubing between the oiler & the bar, but we are only human.
