Please help!?
Question:my boyfriend just got laid off from his job and is having trouble finding another one. so moneys gotten really tight and the propane in our tank is getting extremely low (theres pretty much none left) and it powers our heat and our water heater. i tried getting assistance from FIA but they turned us down and the propane compnay wont do a payment plan. does anyone know where i could get some help? thanks!!

some times you have to suck it up and ask family, they should help but make sure you pay then back so there are no hard feelings between you! Ask one of your jobs, sometimes they offer advanses on your pay. There are always those check cashing places, but be careful, they usually get you into more trouble than they are worth! It is too easy to get further into debt with those places! Good luck honey!
Why don't YOU try getting a job?
has he applied for unemployment? If not start there. You may have to take cold showers until you can scrape up the money. I don't know what FIA, but try going to SRS maybe they can assist or try contacting the Red Cross, occasionally they can help or they might have some other ideas for assistance.
