Who buys the new light bulb?

Question:In a apartment with a light (not a typical light bulb) if the light burns out who pays for the replacement bulb? You or the management company?

Answers:
If it is in your apartment... You... Although, you could call the office & find out if you can put in a work order & you will find out that way. Sometimes the maitenance can replace lights, depends on the company...

Inside bulbs would be your cost to replace. Not sure what type bulb you have.
Depends on your lease.
If you have a maintenance team, they should replace it.
If you don't then it's usually the tenant.
In my situation, the company pays for major repairs, heating etc, but not internal light bulbs, although they will repair the fixture.
If you are the sole user and recipient of the light and it is not in a common area it is on you I beleive.
