My side by side freezer/Refrigerator is cool but will not freeze the ice cubes or anything else?

Question:I just clean out all the dust from under it and the fan works. The heat exchange is clean.

Have you checked the temperature control? These are usually inside the unit somewhere.

All refrigerators and freezers have thermostates try setting it lower. Its usually located in the back of the refrigerator section.
