How much would it cost to install interior ceiling ducts and an air conditioner in a 2000 sq ft ranch home?
Question:We've had window units for years. The noise is bothersome. I'd expect the A/C unit to live outside. We have baseboard heating. We need a solution for A/C only. Thanks!

depending where you are will determine the cost...for energy savings, we installed new heating and a/c with new ducts that were high efficency, thus saving us a ton of money in energy costs...the total cost was $10,000.this also brought the value of our house up nearly $20,000 more...something to think about it...we also received rebates for switching to high efficency products ($750)...look into it in your state..good luck...
