i dont fully understand...but if your question is basically "can i plant a rose stem that has been cut?" well, yes..i have grown roses this way...they will grow roots of their own and develope into their own rose bush! just keep it in sun, and always keep the soil moist...not too wet. the fresher the cut stem..the better chance for life.

no, it will not grow a new rosebush from that type of cutting
No. No way.

If you love the rose, hang it upside down for a week BEFORE it opens...and it will dry and you can keep it forever. But once it opens, it won't dry as well or too far and it will drop petals.

No way you can propagate a cut rose like that.
Cutted? Is that English?
