I am an air conditoner service tech. The rule of thumb when it comes to capacitors is this. You can always step up, but you can never step down in size. So you should be alright. Also check the voltage. It should be a 370 volt, but just make sure. Always up, never down. If voltage is not shown play it safe, and go with the 440 volt capacitor.
