Bissell ProHeat 8910 Brushes belt?

Question:I purchased a Bissell ProHeat 8910 Shampooer about 2 days ago and I used it once and the belt to the brushes came off.I conntacted bissell but it could be up to 2 days for a response.I was wondering if anyone has this shampooer and could tell me in detail how to put the belt that goes to the brushes back on.The manual says I would have to purchase a new belt to get instructions on how to put on or replace the belt.I do not want to have to buy a new belt if the belt I have is brand new and just came off.If someone knows how to put this belt on please respond ASAP as I have a paying job to shampoo someone's carpet tomorrow morning and I need to get this fixed.Thank you
