Answers:
if its latex paint then hot soap and water should work

put your hands in hot hot hot water for a while and then rub your hands in alcohol
Warm soapy water should do the trick with use of a wash clothe.
Good old soap and warm water with a scrub brush.
OIl base needs Turpentine or Mineral Spirits to remove the stuff.Sometimes Vegetable oil will work also
warm to hot water and soap does it. I use dish soap and clean the brush at the same time.
dont touch your keyboard yet. its much difficult to remove it in your keyboard than your hands...

wash first with soap and lukewarm water, then thats the time you can see all our answers
Latex paint is water soluble, so just use standard soap & water. Sometimes the pigments in the paint get trapped in under the fingernails, & other cracks in the skin, so I use a hand scrubbing brush in that case. It should't be too difficult to wash off latex paint.
If you are having a lot of trouble then it's probably NOT latex paint you are dealing with.
dont tell a soul

vinegar

remember you cant tell,,this is a secret
Hot soap and water works..

But for quick clean up of stubborn paint, get some GoofOff wipes... Some say baby wipes and those hand sanatizing wipes that you get at a BBQ work well too...
soap and water should do it or just a rag with a little paint thinner or mineral spirits will remove it well
Soap and water, and lots of scrubbing. I agree, it can be annoying: I had to do that a lot while helping my grandmother paint her dining room.
scrub with Brillo pads.
well tell him to quit painting with his hands and use a brush... but yea hot soapy water will take latex off just about anything but if he is having some serious trouble use some gasoline or turpintine (paint thinner, mineral spirits) anything like that
I use Lava soap to get paint off of my hands. However, anymore, I wear gloves when I paint.
try rubbing alcohol.

OR wash your hands then rub some hand lotion on paint parts. scratch across it with your fingernails or a file.

Painter tip before painting, rub the lotion on before painting, it won't stick, lotion acts like teflon.
paint thinner
mineral spirits
